固定式乳胶基质地面站

15t/h固定式乳胶基质地面站，可用于生产常温乳胶基质，为乳化炸药装药车、重铵油炸药装药提供配套服务。固定式地面站生产能力大、自动化监控水平高，生产工艺较成品乳化炸药生产线简单，适于大中型露天矿和地下矿使用。

DMZRHQ型地面站专用乳化器产能5~15t/h，功率11~30kw，是目前国产乳化器能力最大的型号，可确保地面站单条生产线产能达到20000t/a以上。
   根据装药爆破要求进行个性化设计，可同时为4台装药车上料，满足每天120t以上装药量要求。
   可同时生产常温乳胶基质和高温乳胶基质，适用不同类型装药车使用。
   采用微机控制系统，对生产线各工序的温度、压力、流量、液位等进行实时采集、过程控制和大屏幕显示，对主要生产环节实现有效监控，达到乳化炸药生产线的自动化监控水平。

15t/h fixed factory-style emulsion matrix ground station can be used in manufacturing normal temperature emulsion matrix, providing ancillary services for emulsion explosive charging truck and heavy ANFO charging.The fixed factory-style ground station has a large capacity and high level automatic monitoring. The process is easier than finished emulsion explosive production line, and it is suitable for medium and large open pit and underground mine. DMZRHQ dedicated emulsifier for ground station can produce energy 5~15t/h, and its power is 11~30kw. It is the largest domestic emulsifier type so it can ensure that the capacity of each single line on the ground station reaches more than 20000t/a. Provide personalized design according to requirements of blasting. 4 units can be served simultaneously to meet the Bucket capacity requirement which is more than 120t per day. It can produce normal temperature and high temperature emulsion matrix at the same time to fit different kinds of charging trucks. We use computer controlled system to do real-time acquisition process control and large screen display on the temperature, pressure, rate of flow, level of each working procedure. In this way, we realize effective monitoring on the main production process to achieve automatic monitoring on emulsion explosive production line.
