MEF移动式地面站是将油水相制备系统、输送计量系统、连续乳化系统、高效冷却系统、电气自控系统、安全检测系统及水电汽等辅助系统集成在两台半挂车内的乳胶基质生产成套设备。移动式地面站还能够与BCJ系列乳化炸药装药机、水下钻机配合使用，在一条船上完成水下钻孔、炸药生产、装药、爆破，实现海上炸礁一体化作业。

小时产能10t，可同时为2~3台装药车提供8000t/a以上配套服务。
   移动式地面站由牵引车牵引到爆破现场附近，快速组装后即可开始生产，具备固定式地面站的全部功能。
   移动式地面站集成化高、建设周期短、综合建设成本低，适用于中型露天矿山、采石场和地下矿，以及水电站、港口、隧道等施工周期短、炸药用量大、施工环境艰苦的基建工程。

MEF mobile ground station is a complete set of equipment in two semi-trailers for emulsion matrix production. It is an integration of the preparation of gas tank system, conveyor measuring system, continuous emulsification system, efficient cooling system, electrical control system, security detection system and water, steam and other auxiliary systems.The mobile ground station can be used with BCJ series emulsion explosive charge machine and underwater drilling machine, so it can realize the integration of marine blasting operations such as underwater drilling, explosive production, charging explosive and blasting in only one ship. It has a capacity that is 10t per hour, and it can produce more than 8000t/a as ancillary services for 2~3 explosive charging trucks. The mobile ground station can be dragged to the blasting site by the tractor, and it will begin to work when assembled rapidly. It has all the functions that the fixed ground station has. The mobile ground station integrated well and has a short construction period. Its construction cost is low, so it is applicable to medium-sized open-air mines, quarries and underground mines as well as the hydropower station, ports, tunnels, etc. that have a short period of construction, large quantity of explosives and severe conditions.
